Ecommerce system overview

A simple whiteboard walkthrough, recorded on Loom. Under two minutes — from first click to repeat customer.

Who this is for

You have the product. Let’s build the growth system.

Launching your brand, struggling to turn visits into orders, or ready to scale? We connect your store, ads, and email around what needs to happen next.

For Shopify and WooCommerce brands selling genuine products in the US, Canada, or Europe. No dropshipping. We confirm fit, access, responsibilities, and a workable budget together before starting.

Revenue leakage

Ads can't fix a store customers don't trust.

More traffic won't repair a weak offer, a confusing buying path, or follow-up that ignores what the customer just did.

Demand without conversion

Ads earn the visit. The storefront drops the promise before checkout.

Orders without retention

Customer data exists. The journey after the first order doesn't.

Reports without decisions

Every dashboard shows a different number. None of them connect spend to margin.

Connected ecommerce system

One path from ad to order to repeat order.

Store, ads, testing, email, and reporting share what they learn — instead of chasing five separate platform numbers.

Store

Storefronts that make the offer easy to judge.

Product hierarchy, message, and landing-page continuity decide whether qualified demand can actually buy.

Illustrative workflow · Store: Storefronts that make the offer easy to judge.

Genuine product
Clear product benefitOffer and purchase detailsOffer carried to checkout
What you gain
A clear buying path for a genuine product, from the offer through checkout.
What we do
Organize benefits, objections, and purchase details around what a customer needs to judge.
How we assess it
Check whether the product page keeps the ad's promise intact and reduces avoidable buying friction.

Acquisition

Acquisition that answers to unit economics.

Media decisions need the offer, a coherent destination, and margin guardrails — not platform metrics alone.

What you gain
Qualified demand that arrives with the same message it saw in the ad.
What we do
Align audience, creative angle, offer, and landing page, then plan useful variations.
How we assess it
Read demand signals alongside product cost, discounts, fulfillment, media spend, and margin.

Conversion

Experiments grounded in what customers actually do.

CRO is a research discipline — not a guaranteed uplift, not a round of cosmetic changes.

What you gain
A decision-ready view of the friction worth investigating next.
What we do
Combine observed behavior, analytics, and business context before forming a hypothesis.
How we assess it
Define how each test result will change the next decision, without promising an uplift.

Retention

Lifecycle messaging that respects the customer's context.

Retention runs on consent, useful data, replenishment patterns, and a credible reason to return.

Post-purchase → reason to return
What you gain
Useful communication across pre-purchase, post-purchase, and repeat-purchase moments.
What we do
Build consent-based lifecycle messages around customer context and replenishment patterns.
How we assess it
Measure customer contribution beyond opens and clicks without hiding acquisition effects.

Measurement

Measurement you can act on.

Reliable tracking, clear definitions, and human review come before any automated decision.

What you gain

What we do
Reconcile event quality, source consistency, and commercial definitions before automation.
How we assess it
Keep ownership, human review, and visible failures in every repeatable workflow.

From numbers to decisions

Know what’s working— and what to fix next.

Three questions keep your store, marketing, and follow-up focused on the business—not just the platform reports.

Margin

What’s left after the costs of each order?

An order, unpacked
Order revenueIncome
Product + discountsFulfillment + ad spend
Contribution margin

Put product cost, discounts, fulfillment, and ad spend beside revenue before deciding what you can afford to spend on growth.

Pricing questions

How is the setup fee decided?

It depends on what your accounts, tracking, and systems need before work can start. We quote it per brand after the free consultation, so you see the full cost before committing.

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. You pay the ad platforms directly. The monthly fee covers our strategy, management, and reporting — never a share of your budget.

Can I switch or cancel my plan?

Yes. Paid media and Paid media + email can be switched or cancelled at any time; the change applies from your next billing cycle. Full growth has a 3-month minimum, then works the same way.

Are there limits on platforms, campaigns, or emails?

No per-channel caps. Each plan covers every platform within its scope, and we agree priorities with you on each strategy call.

Which plan should I start with?

Bring your store and numbers to the free consultation. We will recommend the smallest plan that fixes your biggest leak first.

Prices in USD, excluding tax. Setup fee quoted per brand. Ad spend, software subscriptions, and creative production are billed separately.
